It is located close metro, restaurant and clean hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful especially the conceige.

Excellent location. It was a short walk to the metro, restaurants, and pharmacy. Public bus stopped right in front of the hotel.
This one is a minor complaint. My stay was two nights. The cleaning staff didnt check to see if I needed a refill of shower gel(which I did) when the room was serviced. Again, a minor annoyance, I used the hand soap for my shower instead.

Everything was great, we liked the hotel and the staff. The concierge was very helpful. It is just few minutes walk to subway, bunch of restaurants (Levante was the best), book stores and salons.
What was really discouraging and maybe even embarasing about this hotel was its bathrooms. Transparency in its worst way, if you are staying with someone you need to ask her or him to stay further by the window so that you may use the toilet, the doors are so transparent and reveal all the sound from the inside (you need to leave water running so that your partner wont hear what exactly you are doing there) :(((( All in all this was the only disappointing factor during all our stay.

Very attentive, professional service at every point.All the staff is courteous, well-informed and succeed at making even trivial transactions (where's the nearest FedEx;? Go down by the Krispy Kreme and make a left ... ) personal. The heated floor in the bathroom!!
I checked in at 4 pm--was a little surprised that my room was 't ready. But the lobby was a pleasant place to spend the half hour while that was rectified.

The size of the room, space for clothes and luggage and location of toilet in shower area. No privacy in shower or toilet area. Very weird design.

just a tad pricey for our budget, but ultimately worth it......will recommend it.

The location at Dupont Circle is perfect. We appreciated the designer look of the room and its furniture.
The space left in the room besides the furniture was too tight: no place for the baggage and only little room for hangers and on shelves. In addition: a lot of street noise.

The staff were genuinely friendly and probably the best of any hotel I have stayed. The room was was compact but well laid out and had an air of luxury with chrome and marble details. Access to the rest of the city was easy with the metro train I block away and cab fairs relatively cheap. Georgetown was also a close and nice walk.
